I don't think I understand your question. It sounds like you want to design your own paper to use with students. Is that correct? If it is that is, then you have a veiw options. At the schools that I have worked in I had a die cutting machine. It saves teachers hours of time and energy. Most schools have a Ellison or a AccuCut. The dies are usually letters and everything is very expensive, but it is something if you are using it with students. If you are not a teacher then you have some other options. It sounds like all you really need is a puncher. You can get these at AC Moore, Wal-Mart, JoAnn Fabrics, and Michaels. They can be expensive so check out the paper for coupons. You can use the coupons for any store at any store except for Wal-Mart. Costco sometimes punch sets and they are nice too, but what you punch out is so tiny that using clue to attach them to the paper can get messy. If you plan on saving this scrapbook for a long time then construction paper and glue is not your best option, but if it is four a school project you are fine. You can always design something of your own and then cut it out by hand, but that is a lot of work. I can't think of any online sites for what you want right now, but another thing you can do if you have some pretty thread and a sewing machine, you can sew right through the paper. I got some handmade paper at Costco (currently on sale where I live in Maryland) and it was so nice. Also, you can always buy some stamp and ink and create a design that way. Just some ideas for you to think about. Good luck.
